The logo designer I worked with was super professional. I took a whole year to finish my design (totally my bad), but when I got back in touch with ProDesigns, they picked up right where we left off. They were always on point with revisions and ideas for my design. The communication was consistent, and I was always in the know. I’d absolutely suggest ProDesigns to anyone looking for high-quality design work.

We had our logo, which was sketched on a piece of paper back in '80, turned into a digital format. Communicating with ProDesigns was a breeze, and they were lightning quick in sending us designs and making changes.

While the final product is decent, the customer support is terrible. It's nearly impossible to reach them, they never respond to calls, and their chat feature is non-functional. I'm stuck with a big mistake they made and can't get it resolved. I won't be doing business with them again, and I definitely won't suggest them to anyone. Keep your cash in your pocket. Consider this your warning.

The crew at ProDesigns got back to me in no time with two options, and one of them was quite impressive. I get that they’re an international outfit and worked during our (US) night hours, so I usually got replies while I was catching some Z's, which means you gotta have a bit of patience. Still, I was quite pleased with the initial drafts of my logos (based on the details I provided). The pricing was quite fair and the whole process was straightforward. I'm really satisfied with my new logos and would totally suggest ProDesign to anyone wanting a budget-friendly way to kick off their branding.

This crew does a fantastic job. I found them super easy to collaborate with. They have quick turnaround times. The designers are really talented. My only small issue is that their communication happens at strange hours. I would have preferred to see messages during regular business hours.

These folks appear to be quite decent at first. They assured me a turnaround of 48 hours for my custom logo. I already had my logo along with four variations, and all I needed was for them to add a shimmer color effect to some parts of the designs. They agreed that it was no issue. They also claimed that as part of my package, I would get an animated logo too. Fast forward almost three weeks, and I still haven't received my order. I got one logo instead and was informed over the phone that they only provide one logo, not four. I mentioned that this wasn't what I ordered, but I was okay with a refund. The person on the line asked me to wait while he consulted a manager, and when he returned, he said, 'No worries, I’ll send you the completed logos.' But guess what? I only got one logo. I've reached out to them several times and sent messages. I initially thought they were based in Australia, but now I suspect they might be operating from India since they seem to struggle to understand me when I speak.

I really had no clue how to kick things off. I got a few different choices, picked a path to follow, and after a few tweaks, I've ended up with a logo that I absolutely adore! Huge thanks!
